Jesse Montes is from Victoria, Canada. He has a BA in Environmental Studies from Kings University in Alberta, Canada; a Masters Degree in Natural Resource Management from University of Manitoba, Canada; and a PhD in Political Ecology from Wageningen University in the Netherlands.
